People’s Bank’s ‘People’s Remittance Vaasi Kotiyai 2023’ draw to select the millionaire winners for January, February, March and April took place at the People’s Bank, Overseas Customer Services premises at Colombo 10 recently.
In addition to that, the weekly winners for the period from January 01 to May 13, 2023 were also selected at the event and will be presented Rs. 100,000 each.

SANASA Life Insurance Co PLC, has taken a giant leap in the field of Life Insurance in Sri Lanka during the first quarter of 2023 by increasing their Gross Written Premium (GWP) to 959 million which was 504 million in the same period of 2022.
It is a record growth of 90% in the first quarter of 2023. With this achievement SANASA Life Insurance Co has been able to climb up to the 8th position in the industry where they held the 9th position in 2022 with the Market Share (GWP) of 2.8%.
