8 CEO’s Special Awards and 132 Leadership Essential Awards were awarded to the outstanding employees at the conference along with the Most Talented Child award which is won by the best all-round child among the employees’ children. SriLankan further secured the title of Leading Airline Class - Business Class at the awards ceremony.
